As a medical professional and having studied the damaging effects of poor posture and improper walking, Dr. Emily felt the need to re-educate women on postural awareness, proper body alignment and most importantly how to walk to avoid back, knee and foot pain. For most people the way we sit, stand and walk is subconscious, however through the unique approach of Catwalk Confidence, Dr. Emily is teaching postural awareness and the proper way to walk.
